About RV SERVICE DEPARTMENT
This Mentone shop handles RV body work and collision repair, along with paint, fiberglass, and glass fixes. They also take on roof, AC, and awning issues, plus bumper and dent repair. The Google rating sits at 3.3 stars from 23 reviews, and the feedback is mixed. Some reviewers describe good experiences. One notes an estimate within two hours of a Saturday call, and work on decals and custom striping that impressed them. But others tell a different story. Several mention long waits, with one saying their RV sat for two years. Paint problems come up often, with people reporting mismatched or damaged paint. A few accuse the shop of charging for parts that weren't replaced and of work not being finished. One review mentions a lien or settlement dispute. If you're considering this shop, ask for a written estimate and a clear timeline before handing over your rig. The reviews suggest checking recent feedback closely.
