About RV-Pros
RV-Pros is an RV repair shop on the edge of Dunn, North Carolina, and the reviews suggest people find their way here after other shops drop the ball. One reviewer spent weeks without A/C before a longtime local pointed them this way. The shop doesn't do service calls anymore, so plan on bringing the rig in. Mike and Kevin come up in the reviews more than anything else. People describe them walking through what went wrong and what it takes to fix it. One owner with a Monaco Executive had a whole list of items addressed in short order, and another had brake and bearing damage sorted in 48 hours so a planned trip could go ahead. Slide toppers, a misaligned slide, body damage, hitch work and A/C service all show up in what customers write about. Not every review is glowing. One customer says they were billed for skylight work that wasn't done, so ask questions and look things over before you pay. Appointments and timeliness come up often, mostly in a good way, and several reviewers mention coming in ahead of schedule.
