About Blue Compass RV South Raleigh
Blue Compass RV South Raleigh is an RV dealer in Benson, NC, that also runs a service department for maintenance and repairs. They handle air conditioning, brakes, electrical, and awning work, and they sell parts. The lot carries new and used motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels, and they serve South Raleigh along with Four Oaks, Benson, Clayton, and Garner. Reviews run both ways. A lot of people mention the staff being kind and the sales process feeling low-pressure. Some buyers say they found the camper they wanted and felt no one pushed them. Warranty work comes up often in reviews, and not all of it is positive. One owner of a Brinkley RV said their rig sat in the shop for eight months. Another described a long fight over warranty repairs. A few reviewers also said they waited in the showroom without being greeted. If you're calling about service, ask what the current turnaround looks like. The shop does AC and awning repair, and they're set up for warranty claims. Hours are posted, but they're not open around the clock.
