About Ricky's RV Repair, LLC
Ricky's RV Repair is a shop on the Sevierville side with a parts counter up front and mobile techs who come to your campsite. Folks camped in Pigeon Forge and the surrounding campgrounds mention calling and getting a tech the same day. One reviewer said they showed up a couple minutes before the window they gave. Reviews keep coming back to the same things: parts on hand, techs who actually track down the problem, and warranty paperwork handled for you. A camper with a fridge failure had Ricky call the manufacturer and keep them posted until the part arrived. Others describe a water heater leak and a stubborn inverter that other techs had given up on, both fixed. Awning, AC, slide, and brake work show up too. The 4.6 rating across 478 reviews says a lot for a shop this busy. If you're broke down mid-trip, call ahead on hours and what they can get to.

What renters mention
“I'm always a little nervous when it comes to mobile RV techs because you never really know what you're going to get. Unfortunately, there are plenty of companies out there that are more than happy to take advantage of travelers in a bind.” – Andrew M., a year ago, on Google
“On April 3, 2024, camping at sun out doors in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. We had a small water leak going into our water heater. We were unable to determine where the leak was coming from. We contacted Ricky’s RV repair.” – James C., 3 years ago, on Google
“We had a propane tank issue. My husband called Ricky's RV repair. They called back in just a few minutes and told us they would be at our campsite between 4 and 5. They called when on their way. Arrived just a couple minutes before 4.” – Patricia C., Edited 10 months ago, on Google
