About North Star RV Services, LLC
North Star RV Services is a mobile operation out of Pigeon Forge, which means the repair comes to where your rig is parked. There is no shop location to drive to. Handy when you are stuck at a campground and the problem will not wait. The work covers air conditioning, batteries, electrical, and the furnace, refrigerator, appliances and generator. If your AC quit in July or the fridge is not cooling, those are the kinds of calls they take. There are no ratings or reviews to point to yet, so there is not much of a track record to read through one way or another. Call ahead and describe what is failing. Being clear about the symptoms and your location in the Pigeon Forge area will help them tell you what they can do.
