About Reliable RV
Reliable RV sits off Highway 65 in Springfield and pulls in owners from Ozark, Nixa and Republic. It's a big motorhome dealer carrying Airstream, Coachmen, Four Winds and Thor Motor Coach, with trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers and expandables on the lot too. The service side handles oil changes, brakes, tires and repairs with OEM parts and certified techs. The 4.1-star average over 686 Google reviews tells a mixed story. Plenty of buyers describe the sales floor as not pushy, with several mentioning a relaxed atmosphere and an easy purchase. Others had a rough time after the sale. One reviewer said a warranty repair took two months with no clear timeline. Another described phone calls that went nowhere when trying to book service. Some visits go smooth. One customer says a dragging part was pulled off the undercarriage in about 15 minutes, free. Reviewers also mention airport pickup and test drives. Worth asking direct questions about service scheduling before you commit.
