About Reliable RV Parts
Reliable RV Parts sits near Chestnut Expressway and Highway 65 in Springfield, Missouri, which puts it within reach of RV owners from St. Louis, Kansas City, Columbia, the Lake of the Ozarks, Little Rock and beyond. It carries several labels: RV supply store, repair shop, trailer dealer, mobile home dealer and detailing service. The parts counter is the main draw for people fixing something mid-trip. The reviews run both ways. Some customers say the staff, John in particular, are always helpful and get them taken care of, and a couple of them would recommend the place to anyone. Others had a rougher time, including one who says they were pitched a pricey part the camper already had. One warns that online listings call it a salvage yard, and it is not. It sells new RVs, not salvaged parts. The shop describes its sales staff as experienced and committed to customer needs. If you are heading in, call ahead to confirm what is in stock. Nothing in the reviews points to after-hours service.
