About RAY'S MOBILE RV REPAIR
Ray's Mobile RV Repair runs out of Winona, right off I-20, and covers all of East Texas. They have an office and shop there, but the service is mobile, so the work can come to you. Ray has been at this for 14 years and says the goal is quality work at a fair price. Most of the reviews are warm. People describe him as personable and say he takes time to explain what he's doing. One reviewer said he fixed everything they called about and then some. Another mentioned he stayed until they were satisfied, on a holiday no less. A few repeat customers say he's worked on their rigs several times and fixes issues in a timely manner. It's not all praise. One reviewer was stranded roadside and said Ray kept changing the arrival time, then said the order was canceled, then changed his mind about coming. If you're stuck and need a firm ETA, that's worth knowing. The shop has hours, so call ahead rather than just showing up.
