About Rocky Ridge Tyler RV Center
Rocky Ridge Tyler RV Center is a dealership on the sales side, but it also runs a service department and parts counter, so it is a reasonable stop when something on your rig needs fixing. The lot carries new and pre-owned travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers and motorhomes, and awning service comes up among the work they handle. Reviews lean positive on the sales floor. People describe patient salespeople who listen and show options they had not considered, and several mention no pressure and no sales pitch. Kind staff and quick help come up often, and product availability and selection get steady mention. One reviewer came back with an after-sale question and said the team took time to help. Warranty work is the mixed spot. A reviewer with a fridge, water damage and awning arm problems described the buying experience as good but getting warranty work done as another thing. Worth asking how service scheduling works before you commit.
