About Randy's Rec Repair
Randy's Rec Repair is an RV repair shop in Brainerd, Minnesota, that handles roof, AC, awning, and furnace work. With a 4.4-star rating from 20 Google reviews, the feedback is a mixed bag. Several reviewers mention fast turnaround. One says Randy got them in quickly and did the job in a few days, with good communication and neat work. Another had a rooftop AC replaced in a hurry and was impressed by the honesty. Others praise the pleasant staff and how he walked them through the work. But not everyone is happy. One camper describes a roof repair that failed later, with the membrane tearing away. Another says promises were made and then no follow-up. A furnace repair didn't hold, and the customer was told he wouldn't be charged the trip fee but still paid labor, with the next opening not until spring. If you call, ask about scheduling and get the plan in writing. The shop has parts on hand and standard hours.
