About Hilltop Camper and RV
Hilltop Camper and RV sits in Brainerd and has been family-owned since 1951. It's a dealership first, with new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, toy haulers, and park models, but there's a service and repair side too. Awning work is one of the jobs they take on, and they're open weekends. With 167 Google reviews and a 4.5 rating, the recurring theme is staff who answer questions. Reviewers call the sales approach low pressure and the people personable, and more than one mentions the GM walking over to say hello. Others point to furnace repair, caulking, punctuality, and getting problems resolved. One customer said the shop went above and beyond on a minor issue. Not every review is clean. A recent buyer praised the service crew's setup work but had a cracked countertop still unresolved months later and no call back. Useful to know before you book. If you're broke down mid-trip, the weekend hours help.
