About Open Road RV Repair
Open Road RV Repair is a mobile service based in Lake City, so the techs come to your site instead of you hauling the rig in. They handle general RV repair and warranty claims, and the crew is licensed, insured and RVIA certified. Note they don't do engine or chassis work. Reviewers keep mentioning Mario. He's described as knowledgeable and willing to explain what's going on. One owner said they sent him out the same day and had the RV working quickly. Another had a stuck slide-out and said being mobile made the whole process easier. The office staff also got a shout-out for making a first-time warranty claim go smoothly. The shop lists air conditioning, battery, electrical, inspections and slide-out repair among its services. With a 5.0 rating from four Google reviews, it's a small sample but a clean one. If you're stuck in the Lake City area, this is a name that comes up.
