About Open Road Mobile RV Repair
Open Road Mobile RV Repair sends licensed, insured and RVIA certified techs to your spot in Fort Lauderdale, so you are not the one driving a broken rig across town. They handle general RV repair and process warranty claims daily, and the shop also sells RV supplies. Roof, AC and awning work are on the list, along with annual maintenance, Aqua Hot service, battery checks and camper repair. They do not touch engine or chassis repair. The techs get the most praise. Reviewers call them knowledgeable over and over, and a lot of people mention punctuality, including techs who showed up early. One owner had an electrical problem diagnosed and fixed on the spot. Another was told a slide-out was a dealership job and got the appointment canceled with no charge. Not every review is warm. A few people describe a service call as a scam, and a couple of AC repairs did not stick, with freezing units after the bill was paid. Call ahead to schedule a service call.
