Dave's Fleet Service brings the shop to you. It's a mobile operation out of Fort Lauderdale that handles RVs, buses, and trucks, with services that include air conditioning repair, electrical, brakes, batteries, engine diagnostics, and annual DOT inspections. They also do roof work and generator and chassis service. No shop visit needed. Reviews run 3.6 stars across 19 Google reviews, and the topics that come up most are phone calls, diagnosis, fair rates, and honesty. One reviewer with a 2001 MCI bus and a Detroit Diesel said reliable service in South Florida had been hard to find until they were referred here. Others describe Dave as honest and knowledgeable, and one mentions Omar's patience while replacing and cleaning battery terminals. A few note the two-hour minimum and portal-to-portal billing, so ask about that before booking. If you're stuck mid-trip, this is a call worth making. Reviewers say you might pay a little more but get it done right the first time.
