About Northwest RV
Northwest RV is an RV repair shop in Tomball that also runs a mobile service, so the work can come to you. Reviewers bring up AC replacement and roof maintenance a lot, plus battery and converter issues full-timers deal with. The shop keeps parts on hand, which helps when a job needs something ordered in. Most of the reviews come back to the same two people, Johnny and Liz. People describe them as honest and kind, and several say they answer questions and explain how the repair works so you can handle it yourself next time. One reviewer said they learned more about RVs in ten minutes than from hours of YouTube. Another changed trip plans just to come back for a part. The shop sits at a 4.5 from 14 Google reviews, and knowledgeable staff comes up more than once. If something broke mid-trip, calling ahead to check parts and scheduling is worth it.
