About Cypress RV Service
Cypress RV Service is a repair shop on the Houston side of things, and the reviews split right down the middle. Jesse and his crew get credit for showing up fast on short notice, and one owner stranded in Humble had a Class A towed in for diagnostics and engine work when nobody else in the area would touch it. Others mention roof leaks on a fifth wheel Montana and a black tank leak on a teardrop camper. A warranty AC job that the shop wasn't authorized to bill came with a free look on the roof and photos of the damage. Roof, AC and awning work come up most. Parts, generator service and warranty questions are handled here too. Some customers had a much worse time. One called the staff liars and said they create problems to run up the bill, and claimed there are lawsuits and disputed charges. The rating sits at 3.8 from 23 reviews, so read the recent ones before you book.
