About McClain's RV SuperStore

McClain's RV SuperStore in Fort Worth is a dealership that also handles repairs, parts, and warranty work. The Google rating sits at 4.7 from more than 2,000 reviews, which is a lot of feedback for one location. People mention the staff often. Reviewers call them personable and say the sales process comes without pressure. Several describe a smooth process, and Grand Design models come up again and again in purchases. The parts department gets its own share of mentions, and warranty work is another topic that shows up. Not every review is glowing. One owner brought in a 2024 Winnebago Solis for a battery swap and left feeling the service advisor knew less about lithium compatibility than they did. Another reviewer, referred for warranty work on a 2025 Grand Design Influence with a skylight leak, called the experience disorganized and said communication was poor with repeated follow-ups needed. Those are worth reading in full if your job is warranty-related. On the sales side, buyers talk about straightforward deals. One out-of-town customer completed a fifth wheel purchase over the phone in a day and just hooked up when they arrived. Another praised a team member for a custom desk setup in their full-time RV. The shop is open weekends, according to its hours.
