About B&B Mobile RV Repair
B&B Mobile RV Repair is a mobile service based in Burleson that covers the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. They work on all makes and models, and the whole point is that they come to you. Reviewers keep mentioning how fast they show up. One customer called at 10:45 and had techs at the rig within 45 minutes. Another had them out about an hour after calling about a rear A/C that wasn't cooling. The techs, Brent and Ben, get named a lot in reviews for being knowledgeable and polite. People say they diagnose the problem quickly and explain what they're doing so you could handle it yourself next time. Several reviews mention warranty work, including one where they got on the phone with Tiffin to sort out approval for a replacement A/C unit. Another customer appreciated dealing directly with the people doing the work instead of a middleman. They handle A/C, electrical, batteries, furnaces, and full systems checks. If something goes out on a weekend, they've been known to walk customers through checks over the phone and then come out first thing. Charges are described as reasonable.

What renters mention
“Highly recommend! Brent and Ben showed up about an hour after I contacted them when my rear A/C wasn’t cooling, they quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to find a supplier with a replacement unit when Tiffin was unable to supply…” – Mark M., 5 years ago, on Google
“Nothing i dislike more then dealing with a middleman. Nothing i love more then dealing directly with the hands on individuals that will actually be doing the work. I called these guys at 10:45am.” – Dennis H., Edited 6 years ago, on Google
“Both young men, Brent and Ben, were very professional and well mannered. Friday they fixed a problem with our very old hot water heater and stayed until they made sure it was working correctly.” – Minta R., Edited 6 years ago, on Google
