About Kunes RV of Lake Mills
Kunes RV of Lake Mills is both a dealership and a repair shop, part of a Midwest group that has been around since 1996. Reviewers talk about shopping new and used units, fifth wheels and travel trailers, and about bringing rigs back for service. One customer had a trailer brake problem after a bearing pack and the shop sent a tech to the house to check it. Sales gets a lot of the praise in the reviews, especially Anthony and Buck, for walking people through units in the heat and sending video walkarounds to buyers who live far away. First-time buyers say they got explanations without pressure. The shop handles camper repair, roof sealing, winterization and AC work, and mobile service is on the menu. Not every visit lands at five stars. One owner felt a hail damage quote ran high on labor and wasn't satisfied with how the pickup went. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you book, especially on bigger repair jobs. Call ahead about parts and warranty questions.
