About Keystone customer service
Keystone's customer service and dealer service center sit in Goshen, Indiana, the company's home turf. It handles dealer support, parts and warranty questions for Keystone owners, and new RV sales run through its dealer network. The reviews are mixed and lean rough, at 2.5 stars over 15 ratings. Several owners describe warranty claims that took repeated calls to move forward, and a few point to leaks and quality control problems on newer units. One person said a single call resolved what a broker could not, and another described the support team as great. A separate complaint about dropping off parts mentions long waits for paperwork. If you own a Keystone and have a warranty or parts issue, this is the number to try. Expect to be persistent and keep your claim details handy.
