About Imperial R-V Center
Imperial R-V Center in Ankeny sells travel trailers, toy haulers, campers, and motorhomes, and runs a service department for repairs and accessory installs. It's a dealership with a shop, not a mobile tech, so you'd bring the rig in. Reviewers mention the crew answering questions more than anything else, and several call out hitch work specifically. Parts availability comes up too, and people describe the place as easy to work with. One review noted Dustin in service tried a cheaper fix before quoting a replacement part, and that the repair came in well below another shop's price. Not every review is glowing. One customer felt swarmed by sales reps within minutes of walking in and said the tone changed once a trade-in came up. Worth knowing if you're just browsing. The lot has a camper selection people talk about, and they can work with you over the phone or by text.
