About Hillman Automotive and Tire
Hillman Automotive and Tire in Lockport, NY, is an auto repair shop that also handles RVs, tires, towing, and collision work. Reviewers often mention the friendly staff and how well they communicate. One customer said the team kept them updated every step of the way. Another praised the spotless waiting room and fair, transparent pricing. RV services cover roof and A/C work, plus general maintenance and repairs. A motorhome owner thanked the crew for fixing a power cord quickly, and another had a tire repaired without an appointment. Appointments are usually available within a day or two, according to one regular. Not every review is positive. A few customers had problems with a tire change and a transmission replacement, so it's smart to ask questions upfront. The shop works with insurance companies and offers a warranty. Open weekends, with 24/7 emergency towing available by phone.
