About Good Guys Automotive and Transmission
Good Guys Automotive and Transmission sits in Niagara Falls, NY, and takes on everything from daily drivers to RVs. The list runs from oil changes and brake work to A/C installation and repair, engine diagnostics and general maintenance. Reviewers often bring up vehicle inspections and diagnosing, so people seem to come here when something needs to be tracked down rather than just swapped. There is a mix in the 245 Google reviews, which average 4.1. Several people describe being squeezed in during a trip, including one traveler whose A/C quit on a hot drive to Niagara Falls and got in the next day. Others mention friendly, knowledgeable staff, new tires and alternator replacement. Not every story is a good one. A few reviewers describe repair damage and a tense exchange at the counter. Weekend and emergency help come up in the reviews, and the shop mentions insurance and parts among what it handles. If you call, the service list is the place to start.
