About Hemlock Hill RV Sales & Services
Hemlock Hill RV sits in Plantsville and pulls customers from across Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New York. It runs as a family owned business, and reviewers keep coming back to that. One buyer from Long Island called on a Sunday, found the shop closed, and still got an offer to meet that day. The sales side gets most of the talk. Reviewers describe walking in, sitting down with a salesperson, and laying out what they wanted. Over and over they mention the same thing: no pressure. People browsed new and used campers, took their time deciding, and felt the staff knew the inventory. The parts department comes up often too, along with warranty work and winterization. Roof replacement and trailer repair get fewer but solid mentions. Technicians walk buyers through their new rigs, and turnaround time draws praise in several reviews. Sales, service, parts, and finance all happen in one place. Call ahead on weekends. The shop keeps set hours and isn't open Sunday.
