About Alliance Used Truck Center
Alliance Used Truck Center on the outskirts of Hartford handles heavy-duty trucks, RVs, and fire and emergency vehicles. They stock parts for every major brand and also sell used and certified pre-owned trucks. It's a busy yard, and they've been around long enough to know their way around a chassis. Reviews split on service. One RVer with a broken alternator said they jumped on it and had him back on the road the next day. Another with a class A damaged on I-84 got in quickly after a referral from Freightliner. But a third said communication was poor and the motorhome left with more problems than it came in with. People mention Missy and Mark in service, and Pat behind the counter. The parts department gets praise for going the extra mile, even calling competitors to track down a part. If you need work done, it's worth a call to see if they can fit you in.
