About Heart of Texas RV Pros, LLC
Heart of Texas RV Pros is a locally owned shop in Temple that handles repairs, maintenance and upgrades on a range of RVs. They run a body shop and a mobile service, so some jobs come to you. Roof work, A/C, awnings, electrical, engine and transmission issues, axles and flooring all show up in what they do. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. The word polite shows up a lot, and one long-time owner called the whole crew friendly and helpful. Several mention an insurance claim or extended warranty being handled start to finish, with updates along the way. A 5th wheel got bearings and brakes done, another customer had a Dometic air conditioner installed on a motor home by the mobile crew, and someone else had a roofline water leak tracked down on a follow-up visit. Not every review is perfect. One customer had a wheel come loose after brake work, though the shop fixed the resulting damage at no charge. If your rig is broken mid-trip, it is worth a call to see how soon they can get to it.
