About On the Rocks Mobile RV Service & Repair
On the Rocks is a mobile RV service out of Belton, so the tools come to your rig instead of the other way around. Campground, storage lot, backyard, side of the road, that's where the work happens. Spencer is the name that comes up in the reviews, and most of them are positive. People mention how quickly he answers and how fast he shows up. One owner had electrical trouble fixed in about 40 minutes. Another got a slide part overnighted and was back on the road two days later. Reviewers also talk about fair pricing, brakes and hot water work, and the time he takes to explain what he did and how to keep it from happening again. Not every review is glowing. One owner had trouble getting a callback on a hot water repair and ended up going to a dealership. The shop says it's certified for warranty work, licensed and insured, and handles AC, awnings, roofs, plumbing and electrical.
