About Hanner RV Parts & Service
Hanner RV Parts & Service sits right on I-20 in Baird, a short drive from Abilene. They handle A/C units, roofs, routine maintenance and custom modification, and they offer mobile service. There is a parts counter too, and they are open on weekends. Reviewers talk about the staff more than anything else. People name Clint and Chad in parts for tracking down the right component and having it ready fast, and one customer said a water heater repair went smoothly. Others mention roof and refrigerator work and that a job came in under the estimate. One walk-in called the crew quick on a Friday afternoon install. Not every review is a rave. A buyer said talks stalled at the final numbers, and a parts customer felt walk-in prices ran high. With 184 Google reviews at 4.3 stars, the pattern is helpful people and solid repairs, with some friction on sales and counter pricing.

What renters mention
“I’ve dealt with Clint and Chad in the parts department on separate occasions. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable and thorough! I called needing help identifying what a particular part was on our GE AC unit.” – B, 4 months ago, on Google
“Fantastic! Needed a ball installed on a new cargo trailer to receive my sway controller arm normally used when pulling a travel trailer. Called ahead and the shop guys were on it like nobody's business as we pulled up.” – Mean S., 11 years ago, on Google
“We had our trailer repaired here and they did a great job. They came in well below their estimate so we feel that didn't milk the shop time charge or parts. The only thing to improve is the walk in parts prices.” – John T., 7 years ago, on Google
