About First Roadside Tire & Trailer Repair
First Roadside is the kind of number you want saved when something breaks between Sweetwater and Abilene. The crew runs mobile calls out of Abilene across a 100-mile radius, handling tires, brakes, batteries, alternators, engine diagnostics and AC work on everything from campers to semis. One reviewer shredded a tire minutes after buying a camper with no spare and had a new one on within 45 minutes. Another got a blowout on Thanksgiving Day and had a tech on site inside an hour after other roadside services didn't show. Reviews keep coming back to the same things: fast response, fair pricing, and people who ask the right questions before they roll so they show up with the right parts. More than one caller mentions feeling at ease on the shoulder of the road. The tire work gets the most praise, roadside assistance close behind. Not every job has gone clean. One customer described a kingpin and brake caliper repair that dragged on and needed correcting. Worth knowing before you book something bigger than a tire change.
