About Discount RV
Discount RV is a family-run repair shop in Ramona, California, with a 4.8-star rating from 96 Google reviews. Reviewers often mention Barney and Tori by name and describe them as honest, ethical, and knowledgeable. One customer said Barney dropped everything to solve a 5th wheel jack problem on the spot. The shop handles a range of services, from roof replacement and AC work to generator repair and insurance claim fixes. One reviewer praised the team for going above and beyond on an insurance claim, repairing water damage at no extra charge after finding unsealed seams. Another noted they cannibalized their own RV to get a customer back on the road. People also mention no upselling and fair prices. A reviewer said they found the shop extremely fair in pricing and honorable in keeping commitments. If you're mid-trip with a broken RV, this is the kind of place locals trust.
