About Craig Smith RV Center, llc
Craig Smith RV Center in Galion, Ohio, handles repairs, parts, body work, and sales of new and used RVs, including Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels, and Motorhomes. They're also a Leisure Travel Vans distributor and offer mobile service for some jobs. Reviewers often mention the courteous staff, and many praise the service department for fixing issues without a fuss. One owner said they made it right no questions asked after a water problem on a first trip. The sales side gets mostly good marks too, especially for not overselling and for walking buyers through their new rigs. A customer noted that Alex, Tammy, and Jeff explained all the controls and features during delivery. Another mentioned a lifetime warranty on a camper purchase. But not every story is positive: one reviewer described a body repair after an accident that left dead batteries and work they weren't happy with. Others have complained about communication during custom builds. With 606 Google reviews and a 4.6 rating, the shop has plenty of feedback to weigh. They're closed weekdays? No, they have regular hours. Call ahead for availability.
