About Happy Traveler Mobile RV Repair, LLC
Happy Traveler is a family-owned mobile RV repair business out of Ashley, Ohio, run by Spencer and Kristy Thompson since 2019. They take mobile calls or shop appointments, and they're fully insured. If you're broken down mid-trip, that mobile option matters. The shop handles AC, electrical (including 12v), batteries, tires, axles, roof and awning work, slide rooms, leak repair and camper inspections. They also keep parts on hand. Reviews from 50 Google ratings average 4.9 stars, and the themes that come up again and again are value, honest staff and leak repair. Reviewers describe Spencer tracking down a bad sensor, a melted wire connector on a bedroom AC, and water intrusion that meant rebuilding a bed slide floor. Several mention he told them when a problem wasn't really a problem. People also note Kristy keeps you posted from the first call through the appointment. One camper said they keep going back for the work quality and response time.
