About Courtesy RV
Courtesy RV in Redmond works on RV generators and electrical systems, and they'll come to you. Reviewers mention Garrett and Rob by name, and several say they drove from Bend or off-grid spots and got same-day help. One customer's Onan died during a 100-degree heat wave and was running again the same day. Another had a year-old generator problem that nobody else could fix; Rob traced it to a defective transfer switch and replaced the part under warranty. A third got a 13-hour teardown to replace a seal between the engine and stator. They also sell and service mobile, home standby, and industrial generators, plus RV AC and battery work. Reviewers call the staff knowledgeable and the rates fair. If you're stuck with a generator that won't start, this is the kind of place people call.
