About Big Country RV - Redmond
Big Country RV in Redmond is an RV dealer that also handles service and parts. They carry travel trailers, fifth wheels, motor homes, toy haulers, and tent campers from names like Fleetwood, Heartland, Keystone, and Tiffin. If you're broken down, they have a service department and a parts counter, and they run coupons for both. Reviewers often mention the staff by name and describe them as patient and kind. One person said they never felt pressured while working with Paul to find the right camper, even going back and forth between Redmond and Bend. Another drove 1,750 miles and said the communication was good and there were no surprises. The sales team gets credit for a quick, low-pressure process, and several people call out the trailer selection as a reason they stopped in.
