Couch's RV Service Center

About Couch's RV Service Center

Couch's RV Service Center is an RV repair shop on the warranty side of things, and it also handles emergency assistance and roadside calls. The shop describes itself as a service and warranty repair facility, and the service list backs that up: warranty work, service contracts, custom builds, used RVs, and phone support when you need to talk something through. Reviews here split. Some people had a good run with Mike in the service department and said he took care of their concerns and stuck with the job. Others had the opposite experience, with appointment waits stretching from May into August and emails that went unanswered for weeks. One reviewer gave up on the phones entirely after five calls and bought the part elsewhere. Another said the shop was booked solid into August, right when camping season is winding down. That mix is worth knowing before you call. If you need a warranty repair and can wait on the schedule, the shop does that work. If you want a quick answer on a part, plan on leaving a message.
