About Impact Fleet Service
Impact Fleet Service is a family-owned shop in West Chester, Ohio, that's been fixing trucks and RVs since 1998. They handle AC, generators, chassis work, and general maintenance on everything from Sprinters to motorcoaches. Reviewers often talk about cost and nice people. One driver brought a Class B Promaster van and was glad to find a shop after bad dealership experiences, while another with a Freightliner motorcoach said Kevin and Mark explain what's needed and time estimates are spot on. A food truck owner praised Mark for getting their generator fixed on time. Not every visit goes smoothly. One customer felt communication was poor during a DOT inspection, with calls not returned and vague explanations. Still, many say the work is done right and at a fair price.
