About Classic Auto Body
Classic Auto Body has been doing collision repair in Lakeport for more than 45 years, and RVs are part of that work. The shop handles body damage, frame and chassis repairs, paint and refinishing, plus air conditioning and general mechanical service. It's a car repair and maintenance shop at heart, but plenty of locals bring in trucks, classics, and RVs that need straightening out after a mishap. Reviews land at 4.3 stars across 45 Google reviews, and the pattern is mixed. Several people praise the painting and body work and say the team kept them informed and worked with their insurance. One reviewer said the shop saved them a lot of money. Others describe insurance disputes and jobs that came in well over the original estimate, so it's worth asking questions up front. The shop works on parts and aftermarket pieces and is open weekends, which helps if you're passing through and need something looked at before you get back on the road.
