About Awnings By Modern
Awnings By Modern is an RV repair shop on the Lower Lake side of things, and the reviews point to a place that keeps parts on hand. One reviewer said they usually have the part or can order it, and another mentioned a counter person who dug around for the right piece while juggling several customers at once. The service list covers the usual trouble spots: roof, AC and awning work along with furnace service, appliance and accessory fixes, electrical system inspections, de-winterization, cleaning and detailing, and annual inspections. Extended warranty service is on there too, and generator and parts are mentioned. Reviewers describe the work as timely, the prices fair, and the people friendly. A few call it the best shop in the area. It sits at 4.4 stars across 14 Google reviews, which is the kind of record you want when something breaks mid-trip and you need a straight answer.
