About Chesaco RV - Joppa
Chesaco RV on the Joppa side of Route 40 is a dealership first, but there's a full shop behind the sales floor handling AC work, awning repairs and chassis jobs. Factory-certified techs, parts on hand, and they're open weekends. The place has been family-run for over 75 years, which shows in how the staff talk about campers. Reviewers split. Plenty praise the finance department and the kind, patient staff, and one buyer credited the GM with turning a rocky deal around. A tech named Luke gets called out for walking a new owner through hitch hookup and tank dumping. Others found sales staff shaky on product questions and left frustrated over fees. With 716 reviews at 4.2 stars, the pattern is good people, uneven follow-through. Worth reading the recent ones before you commit.
