About Brooks Ramsey RV
Brooks Ramsey RV is an RV dealer and repair shop in White Marsh, and the reviews show people using it for a lot more than sales. Engine work, body work, generator service, tires, brakes, inspections. One reviewer drives past a closer shop to bring in a Roadtrek 190 here, saying the work gets done right. Staff friendliness comes up again and again, and one woman wrote that she didn't feel talked down to in the shop. Inspection is the most mentioned topic in the reviews, with tires and exhaust work close behind. A 1986 P30 owner had tires and brakes replaced and said it drove smoother and stopped better afterward. The 4.2 rating over 48 reviews is not spotless. Some reviewers had a rough time, citing rudeness, slow turnaround, and a warranty disagreement over a part. Others note you may need to leave your vehicle for a while. If your rig is older or has been sitting, past customers suggest it's worth a call.

What renters mention
“I have had multiple encounters here with my Roadtrek 190. This is my go-to service station, even though there is an RV service shop closer to my home. Why? A couple of reasons. 1- They do good work.” – Meghan L., 4 years ago, on Google
“If you have a late model or a gnarled RV this is the place you need to go. I went here to replace my tires and they mentioned that the brakes needed to be replaced, they fix them perfectly. And the speed of the project was pretty good.” – Sky T., 7 years ago, on Google
“Had an impromptu trip coming up and needed some work done on our RV. These gentlemen made time for me with short notice. Friendly environment and great work at a fair price.” – jarocktube, 6 months ago, on Google
