About Camping World - West Hatfield
Camping World in West Hatfield sells new and used RVs and handles financing, trade-ins, consignment and selling outright. The lot carries a wide range by type, brand and weight. Reviewers often mention the camper selection and the sales staff, with many saying they felt no pressure. Staff names come up, and one reviewer called out a salesperson who stayed on top of everything from the first call. The parts counter gets its share of praise too. One reviewer told of a crew spending real time hunting a roof fan for an old Class B, then rigging a temporary fix before rain hit. Parts and accessories for generators and awnings are kept in stock, and roof repair is among the services. Not every review is glowing. The service side draws complaints about communication: repeated calls over simple issues, and quotes that sometimes bundle parts and labor and sometimes don't. Worth asking exactly what a number covers before you commit. Reviews also flag wait times.

What renters mention
“We cannot say enough positive about our experience. Organized upon arrival with setting us up with a sales person. Tasha was incredible from the get go.” – Adam T., 3 months ago, on Google
“I am very pleased with my experience there. I had been hesitant to do business with Camping World because I had heard so many awful stories about my local CW. West Hatfield is my 2nd local store so I went ahead with it.” – Michelle S., 4 months ago, on Google
“Kristen and Max in the parts department are stars. Period. My wife and I needed a replacement roof fan (we somehow lost our cap - ooops!) for our 30 year old Class B and we stumbled upon these two gems.” – bruce b., 2 months ago, on Google
