About Blue Compass RV Oklahoma City
Blue Compass RV Oklahoma City sits just off I-35 at 912 N Adkins Hill Rd in Norman. It's an RV dealer that also runs a repair shop, with mobile service mentioned for roof, AC, and awning work. They handle air conditioning, brakes, electrical, appliances, and awnings, and the parts department gets mentioned often in reviews. Reviewers frequently praise specific sales staff by name, like Greg Cruz and TJ Cobb, for being patient and honest during the buying process. Others note helpful people and a respectful staff overall. But the service department takes hits. One reviewer said it was an embarrassment, describing months of waiting and fixes that amounted to duct tape and WD-40. Another warned not to trust their word, especially on used units, saying a mechanical check wasn't done. With 713 reviews and a 4.3 average, it's a mixed bag. Sales experiences tend to be positive, while service and warranty work draw real complaints. Worth reading recent reviews before you commit, especially for repair work.
