About Bergeron's RV Repair and Mobile Service
Bergeron's is a locally owned RV repair shop in Norman that also runs a mobile team around the surrounding area. They're an authorized repair and dealer for Onan generators, Thetford/Norcold and Dometic products, so warranty work on those brands doesn't get bounced around. The mobile side is what a lot of reviewers mention. People call in the afternoon and get a tech at their site first thing the next morning, or a water heater diagnosed and fixed in the driveway within a couple hours. Folks also write about punctuality, since the crew shows up when they say they will. Work ranges from A/C, electrical, appliances and hydraulics to body, exterior and interior repairs. Reviewers talk about brakes and a refrigerator replaced under extended warranty, a cabinet rebuilt when the new fridge didn't fit right, furnace and leak repairs, awning replacement. One customer with a broken black tank rod got help the next business day. They'll deal with your warranty company too.
