About Blue Compass RV Jacksonville
Blue Compass RV sits on Merrill Rd in Arlington, carrying motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels. Service covers air conditioning, brakes, electrical, appliances, and awnings. They also handle warranty and insurance repairs. Reviewers often mention Jayco, and several praise sales staff by name for being knowledgeable. Service experiences are mixed: some note long waits and spotty communication, while others thank the service team for patience and updates during a drawn-out repair. One camper passing through Jacksonville had battery and converter trouble and needed their Airstream looked at, but the call center gave them a long wait for service. It's the kind of place where a phone call ahead helps.
