About Camping World RV Service - Jacksonville
This is the Camping World service center on the Jacksonville side of things, handling roof, AC and awning work along with warranty repairs and parts. The shop also lists oil changes, winterization, slide out maintenance, appliance service and a free 22-point inspection, plus washing and waxing if the rig needs cleaning up too. Reviews are mixed. Two reviewers describe a manager and a tech squeezing in a hitch adjustment and new balancing arms when they were short on time. Another reviewer calls the parts counter staff friendly. One driver who needed a shower door part for a Thor Freedom got bounced between two counter employees and never got an answer on ordering it. The shop only has a couple of Google reviews so far, averaging 3.0. Hours are posted, and if your trip is on the line, calling ahead seems smart given the wait some folks describe.
