About Blue Compass RV Indianapolis
Blue Compass RV sits on Elmwood Ave in Indianapolis, just off I-465, and it works as both a dealer and a repair shop. They sell motorhomes, travel trailers and fifth wheels, and the service side handles air conditioning, brakes, electrical, appliances, awnings and roof work. Parts are on site too. Reviewers tend to split by department. Shoppers describe sales staff as polite and patient, with several naming Kaleb, Travis and Linda for helping them find the right camper without pressure. One owner brought in a trailer with a tree limb through the roof and came away pleased with the effort to get them into something better. Parts counter visits earn kind words as well. The service side is another story. Some warranty customers describe long waits, including one whose trailer sat for months, and a few call the staff unprofessional. It is a big, busy lot, so ask how backed up the shop is before you hand over keys.
