About Adventure In Camping
Adventure In Camping is a travel trailer rental outfit in Mammoth Lakes that also runs as an RV dealer, camping store and repair shop. They deliver trailers to campgrounds across the Eastern Sierra, from Bishop and Rock Creek up through June Lake and Lee Vining, and set them up for you. AC and awning work come up in their service list, along with general repairs and maintenance. Reviewers keep coming back to the clean trailers, and plenty mention how roomy they are. Several say the delivery-and-setup setup made the trip easy, since nobody had to tow a trailer hundreds of miles. Staff get described as kind and helpful more than once. One reviewer had a rough go with an unlevel trailer and a bunk that slept badly, so it is not all five stars. The shop has been in Mammoth Lakes and the Eastern Sierras for over 50 years, per its own description. Folks write about family trips and the kitchen gear that came with the trailer. Parts and a generator show up in their listings, and they are open weekends. Hours are posted, and it is not a 24/7 operation.

What renters mention
“Just finished up an amazing family trip in the Eastern Sierra thanks to Adventure In Camping! They deserve beyond a five star rating (far beyond).” – rick m., a year ago, on Google
“Adventure In Camping was fantastic! After many years of tent camping (for which I still love), we decided to try staying in a camper for our adventures. Some in the family just aren't used to tents.” – JW, Edited a year ago, on Google
“It was really very convenient having the trailer delivered and set up at our campsite, instead of driving and towing one for hundreds of miles. The trailer came equipped with almost everything we needed as far as kitchen stuff.” – Jemmie M., 3 months ago, on Google
