About A-1 Truck & Equipment
A-1 Truck & Equipment in Ventura handles more than trucks. RVs come through for roof, A/C, and awning work, plus body and paint. One reviewer's fiberglass cap got an estimate within 24 hours after another shop stalled for weeks. Reviewers keep mentioning the quality of work and how the team goes the extra mile. A Sprinter owner had a wheel well fender torn off and scratches along the side; the service writer was instantly responsive when other shops wouldn't return calls. Another customer got parts and repairs done in a week when others quoted a month. Insurance coordination comes up often. One customer didn't have to front material costs because the shop worked directly with their insurer. The building is clean and modern, and they handle box trucks as a specialty. If you're mid-trip with a broken RV, this is a solid call.
