About Tri County RV
Tri County RV in Ventura is an RV supply store and repair shop that also handles solar installs and tankless water heaters. The shop has a 4.2-star rating from 25 Google reviews, and the feedback is split. Several reviewers praise Rick, the owner, for his knowledge and craftsmanship. One says he spent half an hour talking through solar options and did a great job on the install. Another calls him the best and says he charges fair and appropriately. A third drove away with a free strike plate that Rick pulled from another job. But not everyone is a fan. Two reviewers describe rude treatment. One says the man he spoke with treated him like scum and made him feel like a bother. Another dropped off his rig for an estimate, got no communication for three days, and then faced hostility when he texted. Money comes up in a couple of reviews, though the details are mixed. Call ahead to check hours and availability.
