About Western States Cat
Western States Cat in Kimberly is mainly a Caterpillar equipment and parts dealer, but RV repair is on the list too. That makes it a reasonable stop if you are already hauling equipment or need a part and want to ask about RV work while you are there. The place is built around construction, ag, and truck gear, so do not expect a shop that lives and breathes campers. Reviews land around 4.2 stars from 34 raters, and the rental side gets the most love. People call out fast responses from sales staff and say rentals show up on time, sometimes a day early. One customer said the team is easy to work with and gets their equipment needs handled. The other side is follow-through. A reviewer said service never came out, with repeated callbacks promising someone the next day and nobody showing. If your rig is sitting and you need a firm appointment, get a time in writing before you commit.
